Please note that delivery times apply only to business days, excluding weekends, national and public holidays, force majeure.

RETURNS
Deadline for returns
If you make purchases as a consumer within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (for example, submitted in writing sent by post to the following address: Sklep Internetowy Point Lingerie, ul. Return
Please send back or hand over the returned item to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days. The deadline is met if you return the item before the 14-day deadline expires.
The customer is responsible for returning the goods. It is recommended to use the services of proven carriers.
- It is necessary to attach proof of purchase and invoice.
- Returned products must have all original tags.
- If the tag is torn off, the goods cannot be returned.
Refund
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you for the order immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product
The costs of returning the order to the store are borne by the Buyer
We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different solution and it does not involve additional costs for you.
They are not refundable
The lower parts of personal underwear (e.g. panties, bodysuits), excluding swimsuits, are not subject to returns or exchanges.
EXCHANGES
Exchange conditions
We accept the exchange of goods for another one.
If you choose a cheaper product, the difference will be refunded in the same form as the payment.
If you choose a product that is more expensive than the one you originally purchased, you will have to pay the difference.
The customer is obliged to inform us about the intention to return electronically: contact@zhilyova.pl
The customer is obliged to inform what product he would like to exchange.
zhilyova.pl is obliged to respond to the exchange request within 14 days (if the desired product is available within this time).
