Returns
The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which you came into possession of the product. Exchanges
We accept the exchange of goods for another one. Please inform us about your intention to exchange and what product you would like to exchange it for by e-mail: contact@zhilyova.pl Zhilyova.pl is obliged to respond to the exchange request within 14 days. Refund
We make refunds using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction within a maximum of 14 days from the date of returning the product.

The lower parts of personal underwear (e.g. panties, bodysuits), excluding swimsuits, are not subject to RETURNS or EXCHANGES. Returned products must have all original tags.
